I initiated transfer from my wallet to my SR account at about 11:00 PM EST last night. On my end, the transfer was successful, actually 48 confirmations so far. I log into SR this morning expecting to find my BTC...and nothing. All I find is an unconfirmed 11.98 of BTC. After 12 hours, 11:00 AM EST, am I just screwed? Will my BTC be lost forever? Can anyone help me with this. 2.5 hrs to go!!!

Sent a message to them on the main site. No response yet. Were your BTC retreived? Any idea what caused the problem?

Pretty sure if it doesnt show before the deadline on the address validity that it will return to where ever you sent it from.
Maybe try block explorer and see where it is.
All you need is one of the address' you either sent to or from.

Check your transaction history and make sure the bitcoin was not withdraw (if you were hacked). If it just has not shown up yet, send Silk a message using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom right of the screen.
Silk Road uses a tumbler so mostly likely they have it in the main account and it just has not shown up in your account due to some glitch. It is inconvenient but probably not gone or stolen.
Several other users have reported issues depositing and withdrawing biticoin.
